The EU Commission has decided to make changes to the 8th Directive on Corporate Governance. The changes will affect all stock-exchange listed companies in the EU and associated countries.  B-Innovation is conducting a survey in the Nordic countries to assess the readiness among Nordic listed companies to comply with the coming changes.

Participants in the survey will receive a copy of the survey report when it is completed.
